One address. A person reads it.

If you are writing about an order that already exists, include the order number, the compound and size, and what you are seeing. That is usually enough to answer without a second round of email.

If a tracking number has not moved, if the box arrived opened, or if what is inside does not match what you ordered, say so directly. Those are ours to sort out, and we would rather hear about one than have you decide we do not answer.

Orders themselves go through the site rather than through this inbox — that is what produces an order number and a written record of exactly what you asked for.

What is in stock, what sizes a compound comes in, what an order will cost delivered, whether something will go out today — all fair, all answerable, and faster by phone than by email.

What we cannot answer is anything about what these materials do or how they are used. That is outside our field and outside what a supplier is permitted to say. Everything sold here is for laboratory research use only, and we hold that line in an email exactly as firmly as we hold it on a product page.

The FAQ and the shipping page already answer most of what comes in. If yours is not there, it should be — send it and it will be.

Every order leaves San Pedro, CA by USPS and stays inside the United States. If you are writing from outside the US, we cannot ship to you — a plain no now rather than a maybe that costs you a week.
