Ordering
How an order works.
- Do I need an account?
- No. There is no login, no customer database, and no order history stored on this site. You build an order, submit it with an email address, and that is the whole record.
- Is there a minimum order?
- No. Order a single vial if that is all you need — the flat $9.00 shipping applies to orders under $150.00.
- What happens right after I submit an order?
- You get an order number and payment details by email straight away. Nothing is charged on the website itself. The order is held for you until it is paid or the 24 hours payment window closes.
- Can I change or cancel an order?
- Email admin@ucejoosepeptides.com with your order number as soon as you can. Before a package is handed to USPS there is usually something we can do; after that there is not, and all sales are final.
- Do you take orders by phone or email?
- (562) 390-0273 and admin@ucejoosepeptides.com both reach us, and either is a fine way to ask a question. Putting the order through the site is still the better route, because it produces an order number and a written record of exactly what you asked for.
Payment
Why there is no card field.
- How do I pay?
- Zelle, Wise, or crypto. You choose the method when you check out, and the details come with your order confirmation. Payment happens away from this website.
- Why can I not pay by card?
- There is no payment processor on this site. That is a real trade: it is less convenient than a card field, and in exchange nothing sensitive of yours is ever stored here, because there is nowhere to store it.
- How long do I have to pay?
- 24 hours from the moment you submit the order.
- What if I miss the window?
- The order is released and the stock goes back on the shelf. Nothing is owed and nothing is held against you — place it again whenever you are ready.
- Do you keep my payment details?
- No. We never see a card, and there is no account, no stored payment method, and no saved billing address anywhere on this site.
Shipping
Getting it to you.
- What does shipping cost?
- A flat $9.00 on every domestic order, free on orders of $150.00 or more. It does not change with weight or distance.
- How fast does it go out?
- Within 1–2 business days of payment being received, from San Pedro, CA by USPS. The clock starts at payment rather than at submission.
- Do you ship internationally?
- No. Orders ship inside the United States only, so nothing crosses a border in either direction.
- Will I get a tracking number?
- Yes, on every order. It is emailed to you by a person once the package has actually been handed over to USPS.
The products
What is actually in the box.
- What form do these come in?
- Lyophilized powder, in sealed vials, at the milligram size shown on each listing.
- Do you publish testing documentation?
- No, and we will not pretend otherwise. There is no certificate link on this site because there is nothing to link to yet. When that changes it will appear on the product pages, and we would rather tell you now than let you assume.
- Is everything listed actually in stock?
- Yes. The catalog is the inventory — 15 compounds held here in San Pedro. If something runs out the listing says so rather than taking the order anyway.
- Can you tell me what one of these does?
- No, and that is not us being unhelpful. We are a supplier, not a source of guidance on these materials, and answering that question is outside both our field and what we are permitted to say.

The part that is not negotiable.
- What does research use only mean here?
- All products sold by Uce Joose LLC are intended for laboratory research use only. They are not drugs, foods, cosmetics, or dietary supplements, and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. They are not for human or veterinary consumption or administration of any kind.
- Who can order?
- Anyone 21 or older, acquiring these materials for laboratory research use. You confirm both the first time you visit the site.
- Do you sell to institutions?
- We sell to anyone who meets the above. There is no separate institutional account, no purchase order process, and no different pricing — one catalog, one price, whoever is ordering.
